While most
antibiotics disinfect about a half dozen or so germs,
Colloidal Silver kills over 650 disease-causing
organisms! Most importantly, unlike conventional
antibiotics, germs cannot build a resistance.
There is no known
disease-causing organism that can live in the presence
of even minute traces of the chemical element of
Colloidal Silver. Based on laboratory tests, destructive
bacteria, virus and fungus organisms are killed within
minutes of contact.
Antibiotic-resistant
germs are now considered to be of epidemic proportion in
the United States. Infectious diseases previously
thought of as cured or curable are now returning in new
highly-resistant strains. Medical authorities believe
that the pathogenic microbes are mutating and becoming
resistant to treatment faster than new antibiotics and
vaccines to combat them can be developed.
Dating
back prior to 1938, it was considered to be one of the
mainstays of antibiotic treatment. They administered it
in just about every way that modern drugs are
administered. It was injected both intravenously and
intramuscularly, used as a gargle for throat conditions,
as a douche, taken orally and applied topically even for
sensitive tissues, and dropped into the eyes. One
important advantage is that it has no recorded side
effects. There also have been no drug interactions noted
from its use.
The
following is a list of some of the (pre-1938) documented
uses , particularly in the Colloid form, for the
treatment of various conditions and pathogens:
